Delivery
Delivery speed, cost and tracking are set by the partner store and shown before you pay. Seasonal lines like advent calendars sell out early, so order sooner rather than later in November.
Returns & warranty
Returns, replacements and warranty claims go through the partner store under its returns policy. Keep your order confirmation — it's the receipt for your mini haul.
If a capsule arrives damaged
- Photograph the box and capsule before opening further
- Open the order in your partner-store account
- Choose return or replacement and follow the prompts
- Still stuck? Write to us and we'll point you the right way
Blind capsules can't be returned just because a particular mini wasn't inside — the surprise is part of the product.
